The CAP OLYMPIC RUBBER COATED GRIP PLATE – 45 LB is made with cast iron and coated with rubber to provide added protection against damage to floors and equipment. These commercial grade plates fit on all 2 in Olympic style weightlifting bars, as well as, on Smith Machines and other equipment with 2 in posts. These plates feature oversized holes that allow you to safely lift and load these plates onto bars and other equipment. These plates are sold individually.
